3 drivers did not read "no left turn allowed" sign

I volunteer at one of the local hospitals located in the city where I live. Since I cannot afford a car, I use the bus for transportation. I have to transfer to another bus, & at the instersection where I wait for the 2nd bus, there are 4 signs stating "no left turns allowed". 3 drivers made left turns. 2 drivers were honked at. The 3rd driver was not.

Then I heard a third car honk. I look up to see a car stopped just beyond the light at the intersection. The light was green, but the car had stopped to talk to some guy standing on the sidewalk with a black dog.

We have an intersection by my work where the north/south street is a busy, semi-industrial/commercial street, and the east west is industrial/commercial to the west and residential to the east. It used to be all ways through, but since they can't manage to stop the overweight trucks from driving through the residential area, they made ithe east side of the east/west street accessible only by a right turn and you can only turn right out.

This stops almost nobody from going the direction they want.

What's worse is that the last ass I saw making a left out of the right-turn-only side street was that he had to wait for the local police (who had been following me for some indiscernable reason) to pass, and the cop didn't give the obvious law-breaker a second glance as he went by.

That happens all the time by work. It's the 3rd most ignored sign around. 1st is stopsign and the 2nd is DO NOT BLOCK THE FLAMING INTERSECTION!

A little while ago I saw an elderly driver turn onto a major one-way 4-lane street going the wrong way. All four lanes were blocked with oncoming traffic. Elderly driver started honking his horn, cursing and screaming at them to get out of his way.

One of the Exits at our plaza is no left turn, marked by signs and painted arrows. If you are lucky you cold make a left but 99.99999% of the time you will be waiting for a long time, and pissing of the people behind you. I have no problem giving these morons the horn. If they had just used the proper exit they would be long gone by now.
