Left hand turn idiots

a while back i posted about people who cant turn left onto another road without cutting into the oncoming lane


i met another idiot today.

so there i was, coming up to a red light and stopping before i made my right hand turn.
only i had to slam on my brakes and pull to the right a little sooner than i expected, because, on the road i was turning on to... was someone making a left hand turn onto my road

and that driver almost hit me head on, cos half of the flipping car was in my lane.

I hate that. I see that all the time. Someday I'll be tempted to just get hit and get a new car!

except i like my car
and you don't always get enough from the insurance to get a new car.

one of my co-workers found out the hard way. i don't know if she ever got a full settlement but she had to fight like hell to get anything.

i'd rather jsut have my car
and not be hit in the face with someone else's car... cos if she'd hit me it would have primarily hit me head on, on the driver's side.
