just thinking back to something i saw in the parking lot once.
the thick lines represent cars and the light blue dots are the directions the cars are heading.
White car: Me
tho my car is really silver (actually none of these colors are accurate. they just stood out really well against the google map)Pink car: Driver parked in handicapped spot

I wasn't really involved in this, I was just driving by and saw it as I was looking for a parking spot.
Pink was done shopping and in the car ready to head out, but... couldn't back out because Blue was in the way. So Pink started honking his horn at Blue.
Blue wasn't moving because... there was traffic. He couldn't just go and hit another car or pedestrian. ... Which Pink would have seen if he had bothered looking to the left. But I suspect he was only thinking "get out of my way!!!!!" without considering there was no way to do so legally. Not until the traffic cleared.
Me: shook my head and parked.
