So a bit of background: my apartment used to be wheelchair accessible (there are some steps now so it no longer is), which means nice wide doors, wide kitchen, and a former accessible parking space. It no longer is, but some remnants remain, such as the aisle adjacent to the parking space and the ramp walkway that leads to the front door (that now has steps installed at the bottom for some reason).
When I came back from the route this morning, I discovered a strange black car parked in the aisle between my parking spot and my neighbor's parking spot. He wasn't in my parking spot, though he was right up against it, and he was half in my neighbor's spot. He was parked at an awkward angle, and was pulled so far forward that any further he would've been out of the parking lot and into the ramp/flower beds. As it was, we just cut across the landscaping since he was blocking the ramp walkway.
Later, I noticed he was gone, and my neighbor had parked in his spot, so he must not have been there too long. (My neighbor gets home usually a couple hours after I do.) I did double-check my car, since I didn't trust the guy to leave without sideswiping me. Fortunately, he didn't seem to hit anything when he left. I really don't think a sober person could park a car like that... (Okay, they could, but they probably wouldn't...)
Bonus: My car isn't undamaged
Before all this, when I started my route, I discovered someone had grabbed my rear license-plate cover and bent it out at a 90-degree angle.
