at the moment, one of the bridges not that far from the university is closed so that roadworks can occur on what's underneath. Said bridge happens to be at the start of a T-intersection, so there's two turning lanes: one for traffic heading to the city centre (left turn) and one for those heading southbound (right turn). Both the turning lanes and the actual road itself are all blocked off with cones.
Driving to uni this morning, I caught one guy sitting in one of the blocked off turning lanes, with his indicator on, ready to turn right and patiently waiting for his light to turn green. The light will not turn red because there is no traffic coming from the bridge >.>
