oh god. someone made the mistake of putting "FREE popcorn" during the saturday movie on the activities sheet this past weekend for the park i'm at. we normally sell a few bags a day +/- at a very reasonable 75 cents a bag. i can get about 8 bags of popcorn out of one batch.
darned if i didn't spend over an hour in front of that stupid machine sweating my ya ya's off endlessly bagging popcorn. i must have made at least 7-10 batches back to back... at least no one was nasty in line. but DAYUM.
and this was after they got free hotdogs earlier (customer appreciation weekend... yay). fortunately i didn't have to deal with that bit.
