(I actually grabbed the MOD phone because the MOD was helping a customer)

Me: Thank you for calling *my company* this is Fashion Lad, can I help you?
SC: Do you carry Jenair fridges in stock?
Me: Hold on, I'll ask someone.
(I asked the MOD, and he said no)
Me: Sir, we do not carry them in stock.
SC: Carry what in stock?
Me: You were asking about Jenair fridges, right?
SC: Yeah
Me: Well, we don't carry them in stock. You'd have to order them.

I cannot believe he forgot what he was asking me.

Me: Lawn and Garden, can I help you?
SC: I'm looking for a lawn and garden cart...
Me: Is there are particular one you were looking at?
SC: Just the one that you carry... I just need to know how much weigh it can hold.
Me: One that can be pulled behind a tractor?
SC: Yeah...
Me: There's a few different sizes we carry.
SC: I know. But I'm looking at the one that can be pulled behind a tractor.
Me: Ok... hold on. (almost all of ours can be pulled behind a tractor)
*checks*
Me: Sir, we have 4 or 5 different ones that can be pulled behind a tractor... do you have a model number of the one in particular you were looking for?
SC: Do you even know that I'm talking about??? You have it displayed in your store...
Me: Ooooh... (why didn't you just say that... numbskull?) that one. 1500lbs.
SC: Yeah, that one. 1500lbs? Great. Maybe you should take more time to listen to customers.
Me: I hope you have a great Easter!!

The tool pro I was working with got a few winners too. I distinctly remember hearing him slam the phone a few times.
