"You ruined my Easter!" -a scary SC phone call

My only question is this. Why did she drive "all the way to the store" and then seeing there were no birds she wanted drive "all the way home" so she could CALL to complain. Why would'nt she ask for a manager when she was there? That does not fly to me.

My theory:
First: She was in the store- saw the birds were sold out.
Then made the first phone call hoping who ever answered wouldn't know.
Then she waited awhile and made the second call.

Yes, I believe in SC Conspiracy Theories. I've been at the brunt of them a few times.

Excuse me if I'm getting this wrong, but...didn't the call come half an hour later? So wouldn't the sucky lady have had to call initially, drive ALL that horribly long way, find out they were out of SFs, drive ALL that horribly long way back home and call again....all in half an hour?

Yeah, she lives REALLY far...*insert eyeroll here*
