I just recalled this one from several years back. My grandfather and I were at the local mall as he needed something from Sears. At the time, the parking lot was quite full, and we saw this woman heading to her car. We decided to wait, thinking it would only take a minute or two for her to get in her car and leave.
The fun began when she first fumbled around in her purse, looking for her keys. Then, after that, she got in her car, and sat there, and sat there, and sat there, and sat there some more. Finally, after about three long minutes of her sitting there, we saw her whip out her lipstick, put that on while looking at herself in the mirror, and waited some more. Then, after another minute or two of her looking at her lipstick in the mirror, she whipped out a bottle of Windex, and began cleaning her windshield! This took another three or so minutes to do until she finally backed out and left.
I know what you all are thinking. Why didn't we just go to another spot? Not too sure now, but it makes a great story.
