    Not 7:01, not 7:15, and definately not 7:35.

    Sure enough, a customer is yelling at us to let him in the store, claiming he was at the door at 6:59 yet we slammed the door in his face (and it took him 35 minutes to realize that?).

    He needed to pick up a phone, yelling the name. We kept telling him he would have to come back tomorrow.

    Sure enough, as he was storming off, he hit our glass then threw his drink at it.

    That sounds like vandalism and attempted break in!!!

    I'm wondering if we should call the police when he comes in today to pick up the phone.

    I would have called them when he did it.
    This isn't an office. It's Hell with fluorescent lighting.

      It's a good idea, but it would probably be a bad rap for your company. Unless you have proof that he did it, he would most likely deny it and then a black mark would be not on him but you.

        Actually, he came in today and was completely respectful, even added another line onto his account.
