Quickie and kinda funny. This lady had a legitimate problem. The alignment on her rental car was off and she couldn't go over 60 mph. She had just left the Mobile location and called the counter for help.

PL: The car shakes when I go over 60mph. I keep getting passed by cars. I can't drive it any faster.
Me: Okay ma'am. Where are you headed.
PL: Gulfport. I called the counter and the girl asked if I could come back to switch out. To go back that mean I would have to travel in the opposite direction I am now.
Me: *thinking* Yup, to return you usually have to go opposite of the direction you left.
