    I send people to competitors all the time, if I don't have a product in stock or if we're not contracted with the patient's insurance.
    There's also the occasional compound that we don't make or durable medical goods that we don't keep in stock that I'll refer a specialty pharmacy for.

    In general, we tend to get more people referred to us, because we have a pretty large and varied supply of stuff on hand.
