We received an internet order early in my shift today. Nothing unusual about this except the credit card was marked as declined. We attempt to contact the customer but get voice mail and no call back. Other driver decides to take this order as part of a double run with another order a couple of blocks away.
Customer finally calls back while driver is still on the road and acknowledges declined CC. Driver is informed and brings the order back.
A while later another internet order is posted with the same address and apt number as the order above. AGAIN the credit card used is marked declined. Again the customer is called and a message left that the card was declined. At least this time the order stays in the store and ultimately is again canceled.
A little while later another internet order is posted with the same address and apt number as the order above. AGAIN the credit card used is marked declined. I point this out to the MOD and they immediately cancel the order with out further ado.
NO doing the same thing over and over again will NOT produce different results. Money will NOT magically appear in your account and NO we will not just give you food.
