    Impatience in the morning

    The phone rings at 8:00 am as soon as I walked in today......

    SC - Someone is supposed to call me this morning with a time that they will be out to install my equipment today.

    Me - okay

    SC - Well how am I going to find out what time they'll be here?

    Me - ( Didn't she just answer her own question? )It sounds like they were going to give you a call with the time.

    SC - Yeah how am I going to find out the time?

    Me - hold on. ( and yeah I gave her to someone else - it's just too early in the morning for that!)
