A contingency plan has now been put into place, but supplies are still limited, cuz there are a lot of stores to supply and the bigger stores get theirs first. However, trying to explain this to SCs is like banging your head against a brick wall. I swear that SCs only hear this whenever a retail associate attempts to explain to them something.

I am firmly convinced that you have it right, Neal. I know for a fact that's how I sound to my SC's because they come back and tell me that I never once told them that they had to do anything. Its all my fault their children are starving.

The best part is that they don't know that they are talking to the same person when they are trying to pull the "my last worker was incompetent" card. (It doesn't work when they tell someone else that I didn't tell them X,Y or Z because they know that I did because its in my notes.
