Crazy people never stop talking to the cheese for a moment and ask themselves "Am I crazy?" they just carry on their pleasant conversation with the cheddar (the mozza gave them attitude yesterday).
So while I'm sure I suffer from a colourful spectrum of personality disorders, every time I ask myself "Is this crazy?" its a little confirmation of my sanity. I think some of these people need to take a few of my breaks.
