Ever notice that when you come in early for a co-worker or work an entire shift for one, bad things always happen...like stuff that has never happened before, or you get an unusually large amount of SC. You think, "It's the slowest day of the week. What possibly could go wrong?"

Yes, hotelnpa! I was going to post that too.

And you're right, that it's always suckiness, that's beyond the normal level/degree of suckiness that we have to put up with onour regular schedule.

It's like being punished for trying to be help out your store and coworkers, and ultimitely the customers, so that they may get reasonably prompt service, when they may have not, had the store been running short handed.
