OK, I got another funny email. When customers are without service over a period of time, we will give credit for them. I advised a customer of this earlier. They just need to let us know when their services are working again so we know how many days to credit. A couple of days later, his service was back on. He sent this email:
"The service on my box is finally working! For credit porpuses."
I have no idea what porpoises have done to be involved with this guy, but it can't be fun for them. LOL
