OK, I got another funny email. When customers are without service over a period of time, we will give credit for them. I advised a customer of this earlier. They just need to let us know when their services are working again so we know how many days to credit. A couple of days later, his service was back on. He sent this email:

"The service on my box is finally working! For credit porpuses."

I have no idea what porpoises have done to be involved with this guy, but it can't be fun for them. LOL

Why can't people learn proper English? It's not credit porpoises, it credit porpie (pronouced poor-pie)

Same as my supervisor. She made up a sign saying that we're selling open box PSP's for $200. She spelled them "consules" as opposed to "consoles".
