    Again, not one of mine...just notes I found on an account:

    Customer called in & would like to complain about tech. He stated that tech had an attitude. Customer stated that the tech got mad because the customer’s dog took his tool belt around the house. He stated the tech was yelling that he was going to call the law. Customer told tech that his dog took his tool belt. Tech was not aware of it. Customer stated that the tech was mad and advised customer that his cable was hooked up wrong & that’s why his cable wasn’t working. Customer stated that it’s how we hooked it up years ago. Customer stated he’d had enough & told tech to leave. Customer stated that tech may still be mad about his tool belt since he left it behind!!

    All I can say is OOPS!
