I had a brain-to-mouth filter failure about an hour ago. I'll talk about it in my next post, but here's a preview. My Lead Rep came over to me after the customer demanded to speak to her.

I find it amusing when most SC's back down after being pushed back.

Because they're bullies, and they hate confrontation. I work with a lady like that. She tends to get kind of pushy, but backs right off if you push back.
