I guess for the same reason complain about their convenience store coffee being too hot.
Which is pretty stupid considering that coffee is meant to be brewed at high temperatures (93 °C [199.4 °F]). , then allowed to cool to drinkable levels. All kinds of things don't work right in the brewing process if you get to far off that, and the coffee doesn't taste right.

The pizza place I worked at had one person at the making end, and 2 people cutting and boxing. Plus, a spare person who'd generally deal with walk in customers and help out whenever any of the others needed help; such as toilet breaks, toppings running out, phone calls etc. I mostly used to work at the making end, which was vastly preferable. After I'd gotten the hang of it, I could make a pizza in quick time then sling it in the oven. It would take 10 minutes after that to head thru the oven and get chopped up and boxed, then that leaves around 20 minutes for delivery. Did tho get the odd moaner who expected instant pizza; yeah, like we wave a magic wand and make it appear. Never anyone who complained cuz they got it too soon tho. O_o
