I'm perpetually fielding calls from people wanting phone #'s to other stores in my chain in the area, which is fine. I know 411 has a hard time with some of ours for some reason, and we also keep opening new stores faster than tribbles can multiply.
I think one of the silliest calls I ever got of that nature though was a lady that wanted the address to another store located in our strip mall. I think she was hoping that I could see the building number out my window or something. I told her that I didn't know and I couldn't see it from my vantage point.
