There is a stretch (like 70 miles) of 495 in Massachusetts that runs East and West, but the highway signs say North and South.
I think I can trump that:
I-64 has a stretch in Norfolk where, despite being labled an east-west road, it runs north-south and actually crosses another east-west road (I-264) at a 90 degree angle. But, I-64 from Norfolk to Suffolk, Virginia is actually labeled backwards. That is, if you are in Norfolk, and wish to travel west to Suffolk, the road you need is I-64 East.
This is because I-64 West turns a bit left, then goes northwest to Richmond, while I-64 East crosses turns right to continue through Chesapeake and on to Suffolk.

The highway where I live isn't north, south, east or west, it's purely just "Toronto" or "Niagara" bound. It's the greatest thing in the world.
