    Because some manager said to. Fine, but don't be surprised if the customer hangs up or is rude. *I* wouldn't have taken it out on the person calling, but calling 8 hours late AND after being told NOT to call? You deserve a rude reaction, frankly.

        Just to clarify, I told them to contact me by 9:05 AM because I did hope that they might be opening early for me. It was a VERY small hope, but I did consider it.
