  • I CANT GUARANTEE ANYTHING!!!

ok i take calls for infomercials.
I quate prices and stuff, tell about your deals (not that bad... MOST of the time) i inform you on lots of stuff.
BUT DONT ASK ME HOW LONG THIS OFFER IS GOOD FOR!!!
    "This call"
I can not guarantee you any deals, prices or shipping infermation outside of this call.
Icant. If client desides to change the price or the shipping right now and has new info updated today, you will pay the new price when you call in.
This is especially true for <vacuums>
See <Vacuums> as a special system.
Its the same system UPS uses.
Its linked right up to it. The moment i hit a button your order goes through and your order is shipped out.
We also do not advertise prices.
We do not advertise prices because we want to be able to say Oh Vacuum A is too cheap lets add a hundard dollars to the price <keystroke> oh purifer B is to expense good bye 100 dollars<keystroke>.
And they can do that at any time... anytime at all.
You if i say you can get it for 349.95 rioght now, you can only be sure to get it for 349.95 right now.

    I'm not lying.
    Trust me ive seen happen.
    extra rant
Oh and when i ask you for sure what model you want its because as i said to you three times already we A) have two current models being advertised and you guys cant seem to remember which number goes to which model. or B) the infomerical you say, that said no model name at all, WENT OVER COMMON FREAKINF FEATURE GOD DAMN IT, and we have MULTIPLE MODLES!!!
for the love all that is holy you take what can be about three minute in 7!!!!!! LET ME ASK SOME FREAKING QUESTIONS!!

I've seen that happen before too... hotels can change rates at any time... I've before seen a hotel go up over $100 in the time of one call (what sucks is that if you screw up and clear the screen it will reset at the most current rate, not the rate you quoted the guest before you screwed up... then you have to call the manager and see if they will honor the rate... so moral of the story, don't screw up).

I have worked in hotels for a total of about 6 years on front desk..in a lot of cases we determined our prices for our rooms even based on the way people are dressed..the way they act...do they have kids? all sorts of stuff like that....if they look like nice people with a lot of money..I might charge $100 above rack rate. I was paid bonuses for every room I could get that was at least 100.00 above room rate....so yeah....a little unethical...BUT....I wasnt management...I was just an employee making minimum wage

almost like my bonuses, which are based on my average net revenue per call handled. The agents in the top third get some percentage of the revenue they made... it's really strange... I just know last week I was top agent in foxtrot... sadly since I only worked 3 days last week i don't have that big of a bonus

I hear you. I was looking on line for airline rates. I'm going to the Daytona 500 and figure it might be cheaper to fly than drive. I go directly to the airline sites and don't bother with Expedia or Travelocity because, most of the time, the airlines offer better prices.

Anyway, I get a price of 185.00 round trip just this past Saturday. I figure out the logistics and it is cheaper to fly. On Sunday morning, having decided to choose that airline, I go back to the airline's website and the price has gone up 84.00 overnight.

I guess I'm driving. Anyone wanna go halvsies on a trip to Florida from PA in February?
This isn't an office. It's Hell with fluorescent lighting.

Tempting, but a) I don't know you, b) I'm not that into NASCAR (THEY'RE MAKIN' A LEFT TUUUURRRN!*/jeff dunham*) and c) the people I want to see are in Tampa, not Daytona...

Hell, I may be interested just to get out of the cold... I'd just need to have someplace to park MY car once I got to PA XD
Ma'am, I could care less about the time your precious Fifi found a baby squirrel and raised it as her own, I just want to know if you've ever been told you had diabeetus.

Bring your jacket and gloves and mittens and long pants and snow suit and boots and scarf and a warm hat. It's gonna be cold!

P.S. Why the 500? Talladega is a MUCH better race. Faster, more excitement.

Ack, Knightmare! Please don't tell them about 'Dega. I get enough SC's for those races as it is.
