If it is a situation where the owner is needed then yes we can give out the number. However if it's just somebody power-tripping then we can't. And you can only imagine how many people demand to talk to the owner.

*narrows eyes* really...I think I got shafted by a truly sucky hotel worker, then. She told us it was company policy not to give it out, ever. Which may have been true for that chain, I suppose, but based on her attitude I doubt it.
