Drive Thru Blues

so when i get customers that give me the vaguest description in the world like "can i have some chicken?" its a little aggravating. "no im sorry sir, we only sell fish, no chicken just fish."

That can't be any different from Burger King SC's who say "Can I get a burger?" or Taco Bell with "I'd like a taco please."

I've also seen this at the grocery store, not just drive thrus. I love it when they say to the cashier, "Can I get some cigarettes?" and won't tell them what brand or type they want.

No, I haven't been watching the news lately, and that doesn't happen here (as far as I know) so it wouldn't even be likely to be on the news anyway. Someone already posted the link to the Youtube video which addresses this. In fact, I think I already responded to it about a page ago. It was just a question that I was reminded of when I saw a thread about drive-thrus.
