    We'd just had a similar problem two days prior, where the customer came back in the same day (only a few hours later) and was having buyer's remorse, just as the cashier who'd rung her out was leaving for the day, and counting down her drawer. MOD J had to call someone to find out what to do about it.
    I should point out, no matter what FES M did, it didn't involve getting her check out of my drawer. I have no idea whether M gave her cash back, or just a return card, or what.
    "I call murder on that!"
