a customer the other week complained that when she swiped her card to complete the order it was in Spanish. I spin the pin pad around, and lo, it was in Spanish. I can fix this, clear the system, set it back to English. "Scan your card again miss." *swipe* "You said it was in English! It's in Spanish again! I thought you fixed it!" Looking again it's in Spanish, interesting, clear the system, set to English, here you go miss.
Now I'm watching, she looks at the screen and says
"It's still in Spanish! What's wrong with you can't you fix this thing?"
