OK I work here too and they are SOOO bad.
Here is a list of their demands for EVERY time they order.

Burger - has to be on wheat and bun not microwaved, light on the mustard, not greasy (and no onions, they all use to get onions but since the Orgy Bitch one day decided she didnt want them anymore she makes her pussy-whipped men get them the same way).
Chili - overflowing full, boiling hot. (u have to take it out of the warmer and nuke it for 5 mins +)
Fries - have to be the perfect color "golden brown", and hot and fresh, not too much salt.
Pop has to have not too much ice, and REGULAR pepsi. Diet will "kill" them.

She gives me the speal everytime and I already know it by heart, she doesnt even need to tell me. But oh, she still does. Because she lives to bitch.

If you are a part owner in the buisness can you ban them?
Oh, and the reason you can't ask for the paperwork for the service dog is because the paperwork has the medical condition of the patient on it, but the person I know with a service poodle never has a problem showing it anyways.

There are also diabetic alert dogs too. All breeds and sizes of dogs can be service dogs, however in australia they must be certified by particular reconised associations... you cant just get a dog "perscribed"

One of the other posters listed a link mentioning various eclusions of service animals. Now, setting aside opinions of whether this dog is a real service animal, if the dog IS being disruptive (not just being annoying because it belongs to OW), then you may exclude the dog, but not the people. If this woman is as unreasonable as you say, she will find this unacceptable and will leave with dog. Just make sure you document document document and have witnesses. You need a leg to stand on in case this woman tries to sue or pull some other crap. Fair? Maybe not. But you are wise to protect yourself.
