This takes place in a not so good district of a biggish town in Canada where i work in the kitchen at a fast food place that specializes in ice cream, but we also offer the usual fast food fare (cheeseburgers, etc)
Now the shift had been bad from the start, with the order screens going offline for some reason 5 minutes after my shift started and no-one could come in and fix it until the next day since it was past 6pm, so i had to stand up front by the counter beside the cashier and write down what people ordered then go back and make it. This particular SC walks in, orders 4 combos then tries to pay us with an American $50 bill... just by looking at the thing you could tell it was a fake, so the cashier tells the customer we don't accept American currency (the police don't want us to tell them it's a fake, because if we get their licence plate number they can maybe make a bust), so the SC says he'll be right back with Canadian money. he comes back a little bit later and reorders paying us with real Canadian money so i go back make the stuff and he leaves right after.
the SC then comes back 2 hours later to complain so the cashier calls over the manager (all complaints are dealt with by the manager) and the SC said that the fries were still frozen, the burgers were half-raw, and their weren’t any pickles but he ate it all anyway and wants new food properly made, or a refund. The manager said something along the lines of if the SC had brought them in when he had first discovered these problems and brought them with him as proof then he would have given him a refund, but since he didn't he wasn't getting anything.
The SC flips out and starts swearing at the manager (who is Korean) calling him a "gook" and rants about how the SC's dad fought in Vietnam and goes on for about 5 minutes before the manager tells him to leave or he'll call the police. The guy leaves and we think that’s the end of it.
the SC went to the grocery store down the street to buy a jar of pickles and a container of ketchup, he than cames back and started squirting ketchup on our front windows so the manager pushed the emergency button and tells me to go out to get this guy to stop (because im biggish in the size department) but when i get out there and tell him "stop" he opened the jar of pickels and threw it at me. i probably shouldn't have but i charged him and we started fighting
Like i said at the beginning of the post we're in a not so good district so our police force constantly does patrols and responds very quickly, luckily there was a squad car 2 blocks over so they got there right when we started fighting and they broke us up. The SC then starts telling the police that i was the one who sprayed ketchup on the building then attacked him when he tried to stop me, fortunately we have video cameras around our buildings so once we showed them they knew he was full of it and arrested him
i don't know what finally happened to the guy, but i hope he was the worst, just so that their isn't someone even more horrible running around
the only good thing about that shift was that i got to go home right after the police left because i was drenched in pickle juice
