Okay, I do have to add one thing. I am a SC in one respect. I detest being followed around - which seems to happen quite a lot. It's one thing if the sales associate asks, when I first approach their area, if I need assistance. I'll just say 'no thanks', or 'yeah, can you?'.

But if they basically stalk me - i.e., they see me enter their area, but wait for me to actually start perusing shelves or whatever - before approaching me, I have been known to snarl at them.

I'd like to say good, but not always.

but to be honest i dont like having to fight with any store...
always willing to be peaceful, even when i'm pissed off.

When it's something they can't (or won't) fix, they get the icy "thanks" of scarcasm and I leave.

Then again I'm currently in Japan where it's kinda crazy. Customer service here still blows my mind. The only time's I've had "bad" service was when the language barrier was too great to address the needs. The worst when my RFID train card was acting weird and I just wanted to buy a single ticket to get home and they kept trying to send me to a different train line (and me close to tears). finally they rang up 620 yen (the price of my ticket), I said "Hai" (already had my money out afterall) and thanked them.
