    I have a sneaking suspicion if we had an answering phone, we'd spend half our morning calling people back, or get a lot of swearing for us not being open.

        I completely agree. In fact, I'll take it one step further and say that I hate spineless managers who give in to the SC's more than the actual SC's themselves.


        My motto as a customer service employee (directed toward my boss) is: If I'm wrong, let me know and I'll correct it or apologize. But damn it, if I'm right, BACK ME UP!!!

          Wow, that lady was quite the schemer.

          We get people like that who come in AFTER we close and go "Oh, how long have you been closed?" like they had NO idea the gates were down.
