I'm still perplexed by the request for an "overwire".
Google is your friend. A quick search revealed such a device. An over-wire bra is about half way down the web page, item #1553. It is a strapless bra from the late 1950s.

thanks for the link. I have never seen an overwire bra. The main thing that perplexed me about this whole thing was that she wanted a camisole with BOTH an underwire and an overwire. The part that I neglected to mention was that she stated she wanted to look as though she had the body of a porn star without the surgery. She wanted to train her "girls" so they would eventually just stay like that even if she wasnt wearing a bra...that they would just eventually take that shape and keep it.....

Just as a point of useless information. You can't turn right on red in the Province of Quebec. But as those who have made the treck on the last couple of ski trips....they're just as likely to blow through the light all together.

As someone who used to drive in Quebec regularly, I feel that I should add:
It seems the Quebecois have discovered that they in fact can turn right pretty much whenever, and indeed, do so.

Traffic laws are nifty suggestions in that province, and nothing more.

Actually, in the USA, there is no such thing as federal traffic law outside of places like national parks. The way the US gov't gets around this is by using money. Collect lots of taxes, and then hand it back to the states as long as the states do certain things.

This is why the speed limit on highways was 55 for so long. The federal gov't stated that they would only give out highway funding to states that enacted laws which stated the maximum highway speed was 55. Since the states wanted that money, they complied.

That's also how a great many other programs work, BTW.

The only time you are not required to come to a complete stop first is if you have the red light and a green arrow at the same time. I know that sounds really odd but where I live we do have some intersections that involve the service roads for the highway with right turn only lanes . . .
Actually, doesn't sound odd at all. A lot of intersections here, if there's a protected left-turn arrow, the cross street will have a green right-turn arrow. I think it's mainly a traffic engineering thing to keep the traffic somewhat moving. Most of these lanes, it's the unwritten right-turn-straight-through thing. It's annoying as hell when you're in one of these lanes, but you don't want to turn, you need to go straight; invariably, you get some asshat behind you honking at you to turn, so that they can turn, because they can't wait 15 seconds for the light to turn green.

In reply I informed her I would try to help her and asked her what she normally wears...a bra with an underwire? No underwire? padded? no pad? single lined? double lined? does she know what size she wears? does she know the sister sizes for her bra just in case we didnt have her size.....she just looked at me with a clueless look and turned around and left.....
You know more than I do, and not only am I a woman, but I work in lingerie. Can't wait for the official training class! I never even heard of sister sizes!

not many people HAVE heard of sister sizes. Its simply if you go up a cup size from what you normally wear, go down a band size...or the other way...go up a band size, go down a cup size.

And I thought sister sizes were your size according to different brands....I swear, each bra brand uses its own sizing scale, sometimes you have to go up, sometimes down, depending on the brand.

Actually, you can now. Just not in Montreal (legally). But I've seen people going straight on red, so the 'law' isn't much of a deterrent.

right on red is legal . . .however there is a very important step that some people tend to forget
This is a red light therefore you must come to a total and complete stop. Then when it is clear you may make a right turn.
The only time you are not required to come to a complete stop first is if you have the red light and a green arrow at the same time. I know that sounds really odd but where I live we do have some intersections that involve the service roads for the highway with right turn only lanes . . . all of the lanes in the same direction will have a red light and then they will add the green arrow for the turn lane with the red still lit. The reason they give for this . . . people were running the red light when they didn't see a red on the far lane . . .and to make those turning right to be aware of red light runners from other direction.
That's what I was doing when I was rear ended by a hit and run driver- came to a full stop at a red light before making a right.

Sadly stupid people still drive cars everyday.

The lights are there in attempt to bring order to something that could be an even bigger chaotic mess than it already is.
