So, why can't your establishment refuse service to a person like this? I think I already know the answer though. The spineless managers are afraid of getting a bad rap and having this guy go somewhere else, let alone tell all of his friends that he was treated badly for smelling like ass! It's a common practice of any business. No matter how problematic the same customers are over and over again, the customer always wins because the business is afraid of losing money.

Uhm...wouldn't the manager lose even more customers because they would complain the place smells horrible because the manager won't tell him to bathe? The place would get a bad rep not from one customer, but from several?
