I was midsentence today, explaining how 'No Late Fees' works to a new customer and a man waltzed into my store. He marched right up to the counter, interrupted me midsentence by shoving his DVD at me.
Now, tossing it on the counter I can handle. You'll get a slight eye roll, but I can handle it. I don't like things being forced into my personal space.
Anyway, the woman patiently waited while this dingbat of a man says that the movie he rented (Sliding Doors) was not a comedy. That it was actually a sad movie. I took the movie, looked at the label that gives all sorts of interesting information, including which section of my store Sliding Doors belongs in (Drama, go figure) and let him rant about how this movie was not a comedy and shouldn't be in the comedy section.
Then he left. I didn't say a word to him. I just stood there holding his movie and doing my best to catch a few flies. My nice customer laughed though.
