    I work for a Real Estate Customer Service Center. This wasnt sucky so much

    Me: Welcome to Generic Real Estate Company This is Lexi!
    Lady: Hi I have a bed set and a cupboard Im looking at selling
    Me: I see
    Lady: Can you help me with that?
    Me: Ma'am Generic Real Estate Companys franchises sell houses....
    Lady: So you cant sell my furniture ?
    Me: You can try contacting your local office but I dont think so....
    Lady: Oh ok ... thanks then.

      When I was looking for a new place I viewed a couple of places where the outgoing tenant wanted to sell some furniture too.

        Sometimes a seller will sell the house "furnished," and you buy the house and everything in it as listed in the contract. I think OP's caller just wanted to sell the furniture.
