I just wanted to thank every one for showing concern about my daughter!!! Thanks to all. She's fine a small bump on her head, which will go away.

I do have an update!!! She was bailed out by her friend and is charged is 2 counts of aggrivated assault(I guess the cell phone is considered a weapon !!)

She did call the district manager to complain so I got the joy of watching footage of the event with the District mananger and the Regional LP Manager. It's pretty much sewn up as the camera footage shows what happened. I will update if we have to go to court.

Wow, she actualy complained? Prey tell, what was the complaint? Seeing as preceeding said complaint you assaulted store personel and were arrested and had to be bailed out....

I also can't believe the wench complained. About WHAT?!?!? I know what though, it'll be that you had the audacity to refuse to get her keys in her timeframe, that you closed early so she couldn't pick them up when found, you were grumpy and bitchy about being hauled down in the middle of the night to get them, and you were "rude" when you did hand them over. All, of course, being you personally, not 'the store'. She probably even tried to have you fired.

What I want to know is, did the witch even seem the least bit remorseful about hitting your child?? What were you supposed to do, wait around all night for her to come back?

All I can say is if that had been me in your shoes, that cellphone and those keys would have become permanent parts of that beyotch's body!

CALL THE D.A. RIGHT AWAY! She has attempted to tamper with a witness to her crime by trying to get you in trouble with your job. That is a crime in and of itself.

Even without the video, the woman was stupid enough to do this in front of a police officer, so a reliable third party witnessed the crime. Even if you do not testify, the officer's eyewitness testimony will be deadly for her.

Update!!!!

The Distric Manager showed me the complaint form. Long story short she complained that "it took so long for me to show up." She also complained that it "took so long for her keys to be found." (Please note that her keys were found within 10 minutes of re reporting them missing. We do have aa record of all outgoing calls made from our store (to combant employees making Long Distance calls) and can show a record of how many farking times we called her (10). SHe further complained that I had no business bringing a child into the store that late at night and that it was my fault that she hit my child with her cell phone. If she had not been brought in then she would not have been hit. WTF

I told the District Manager how far away I live and he is aware that hubby works overnights and let me but it this way, they would be selling sno cone in hell before I'd leave her in the car in that part of town at night. He's super cool about it and understands what happened and totally has my back on this.

From what the DA told me she is going to plead out to a lesser charge and take an anger management class. (District Manager) He also banned her from the store


To answer the question about what it did...I first made sure that she was not bleeding or really badly hurt and then I turned around with the urge to kill but the voice of a 250 lbs 6'4 cop telling you to let me take care of this brought me out of it pretty fast. I did kick her cell phone for good measure.

I would like to think that im in more control then i think.
But im fairly sure, i would have ended up in jail for 7 to 10 years if someone did that.
Completely unjustifiably attacking my child? yea... guess ill be seeing my child from behind the bars of my cell, instead of their playpen.

*note i dont have a child, but that doesnt mean i wouldnt feel this way.*
