Wait. An actual Nazi, a neo-nazi, or just a racist? Because if he's an actual Nazi, you can turn his hate-mongering ass in. Either of the others, work on getting him banned.
I'd guess neo-nazi. Too young to have been around in WWII, but is known to wear swastikas some of the time.

I love how he keeps giving money to people he hates.

He might look to young to be a Nazi but there are families out there that were formed during that time, still hold those ideals (even have the cyanide capsules) and pass those ideals to their children making them nazi's not neo-nazi's.

But if he is still loving the rest of the world and not just the ariean (sp??) race then it is a classic neo-nazi.

He's a poser. He's looking for attention. Kinda like the kids that wear pentacles to scare their Protestant parents.....

A REAL real one wouldn't be giving money to a people he hated.

Wearing a swastika does not a nazi make. (I know a few Native Americans that wear them as a symbol of good luck and the four winds and such).

I absolutely love other languages and jump at the chance to use them. Except Spanish, I have absolutely nothing against Mexicans individually. I just hate this climate where it is almost required to learn in order to be able to work in some places. I feel bad for it sometimes, and I am warming to the idea of learning at least enough to get through basic sales transactions.
As far as being routed to call centers in other countries, I usually enjoy it, as long as I can understand them decently I just enjoy hearing the different accents and ways they speak. Outside of the regular Mexican construction guys and a few tourists at work I don't get much chance to speak to people for other places much here in Missouri.

Fun Fact: The swastika was actually a common symbol in Germany long before Hitler was born. It was a symbol to help the people feel a sense of unity in the face of the growth of neighboring countries.

To quote a site on the history of the symbol:
The word "swastika" comes from the Sanskrit svastika - "su" meaning "good," "asti" meaning "to be," and "ka" as a suffix.

Here's a trick I pull on people who bitch on and on about how "America, America, we can whatever we want, because... uhhh.. yeah, America!!" (retards)

SC: I don't like all those people coming here and taking our Jobs. They can't even speak the language. They should only speak American (too dumb to know it's called English)

Me: Well we can't tell them what language to speak outside the workplace. If you think that then you're trampling on their rights to freedom of choice. Are you so un-American that you hate this country and the freedoms it stands for?

                They usually shut up.

The swastika is also an Indian (Asian, not Native American) symbol.

I'm really glad I do not have all this time on my hands as this SC certainly did. I have dealt with this issue of having foreigners in the United States, and I had to listen to an SC's prejudices, which had nothing to do with my job or their reason for calling. When I worked for Bellsouth, we actually had people like this who would call up complaining that our voice mail service was available in English and Spanish. It was my job to get rid of the Spanish portion of it and to make sure I didn't allow these people to be a part of the voice mail service. Go whistle Dixie!

On the reverse, I actually had a few Spanish customers who would call to complain that the English part of the voice mail should be eliminated, or should at least be second to Spanish on the recording.

To keep on track though, I like how this SC complained about the call and order taking so long, but in the time she took to complain about the language barrier, everything could have been finished in half the time.

Yep - quit! sounds like you aren't allowed to have a personality there....
I have to side with the employer on this one.

If the company paying you says you are to have the company's personality and not your own while on duty, then that is what you will have to do if you want to continue getting paid.

You are correct, though, that if someone does not want to follow whatever rules and procedures the employer has for employees, then that person is free to quit.

And that does NOT mean I am siding with or am in support of the xenophobic SC.

What your Native American friends/neighbors wear is not an actual swastika per se. The Nazi Swastika is the equivalent to the inverted cross & pentagram -- it is a bastardization of that the original symbol meant & turned into one of hatred.

I got into one of those education moments when my car pool girl turned to me and said "I know you're pagan and all, but why'd you have to put THAT! -points to my pentacle drawon on my dirty window- Its EVIL!"

To which I turned to her and said "the upright pentacle, i.e. the one with the tip of the star pointing skyward is not a symbol of Satanism or demonic practices. That pentacle is meant for protection & banishing of evil spirits, pretty much like your Christian cross. It is the ignorance of the uneducated & most times, bigoted minds that take the symbols of peace and attach sentiments of hatred to them to strike fear into the hearts of others in an effort to suppress another. I worship the Mother Goddess and the Father God, J--- I don't kill cats and eat babies during the equinoxes. Its how I don't really expect Catholics to go kill Chuy* on Easter to eat his flesh and blood over communion."

It shut her up and got her thinking.

Its the same with the Swastika. In the upright position, that is with the flat ends pointing to the quarters (i.e. N, S, E,W) it contains its original, pagan meaning. When its shifted on its axis, then its the Nazi symbol of hatred.

** Chuy: the latin nickname to Jesus (jeh-zus).

                            / -removes knowledge cap

I normally don't go on those educative rants, as I often like to simply giggle at the ignorance of people (i.e. that racist bigot only proves his stupidity the longer he talks) but I acutally like J---- and I respect her relgion. I carpool with her. She's a sweet person. I don't want her to hate me for a stupid reason.

Well, to be fair, the inverted one isn't really much of a symbol of Satanism either. It was only adopted in the 20th century. And if I recall correctly, the first group to use it was faking being Satanists anyway, and just did it for the media attention. So most people just remember "pentacle = evil!" because of that media frenzy.

Its true.. but lets be honest here, she wasn't really trying to listen to reason so I simply put it in a way she could understand to realize there's no reason to be scared over a little star in a circle.

And you're right, the inverted pentacle was brought in the 20th century. Unfortunately, it *has* been picked up due to the media frenzy that followed by stupid little kids that *do* believe that killing kitties in the name of the devil is cool. -eye roll- I remember reading an article about a little satanic scene found in East LA back in the 90s that had the local neighborhood so freaked out that Halloween that year, was essentially BANNED.

Moms wouldn't let their kids go out to pick up candy, houses that were decorated got vandalized....We had like.. two people show up at our annual haunted house. It SUCKED.

When will people learn that stereotypes don't do anythign good?
