Calendar Woes...

Second post here. Yay!

Joyous phone call I received on April 8th. Note the date (April 8th).

Me: Loan Lackey
SC: Student

Me: Loans, this is *me* how can I help you?
SC: Hi, I was wondering about the status of my loan.
Me: Sure, your name?
SC: *Sucky Customer.*
Me: I just certified it, we are waiting on the check from the lender.
SC: Well I called the lender and (blah blah complaining about how long we took) and they said the check was disbursed on April 7th.
Me: Ok, if it was just disbursed yesterday, the check is probably still in the mail.
SC: But the lender said it was disbursed on _April 7th_.
Me: Again, if it was disbursed _yesterday_ it is still in the mail.
SC: But the lender said it was disbursed _April_ 7th.
*HEADDESK*
Me: Yes, yesterday _was_ the 7th. The check is still in the mail.
SC: But they said _April_ 7th.
Me: Yesterday was April 7th.
SC: Oh I thought it was ... Ok, well thank you.
Me: No problem.
*hangs up phone and growls*

Her check was delivered to me a few minutes later. D'OH!
