Since I started a new job thats supporting employees as opposed to customers which is so much more pleasant of an environment. I got this interesting call.
If a person is locked out of their Expense Report website we have to tell them to click the forgot password thats not stupid in itself as the website does not actually TELL them to do that but to call us. Well I saw an employee that emailed that he was locked out of his Expense Report webpage note the following time frame of his emails as this was his second one.

Note: There are other tickets in this list thats not listed. But how hard is it to remember a simple process like close your browser then click forgot password?
