I wanted Ground beef!

Its me again. I guess Hyannis is full of SCs. I had to run up to the Customer Service Counter to get the propane key. I overheard this:

SW-Sucky Woman
J-the customer service woman.

SW- I want ground beef, not ground chuck.
J-We don't have any back there?
SW-NO! all you have is ground chuck. I can't put that in tacos!
J- Sure you can, it tastes a whole lot better anyways.
SW-But, this is a wake up call for you! If I don't see any ground beef when I come here tomorrow, I'll report this store.
J-Fine.

There was more to the argument, but I had to go out to get the propane tank.

Actually the "ground hamburger" tends to be better than "ground chuck" or "ground sirloin".

the generic Hamburger is made from all the trim that is left over after removing thing like... the tenderloin, or a rib roast, you know... the GOOD cuts.

Essentially, they are the same.

Ground chuck only uses only meat from the shoulder of the cow (the "chuck") whereas ground beef uses meat from all parts of the cow.

I get that she was an SC, but what difference does it make whether or not it was ground chuck or ground beef?
