          This thread reminded me of a few calls at a pizza place to see if we delivered to a certain town.... about 20-30 miles away.... that had their own pizza place in their town (different owner, but still had the same chain there). Never could figure that one out -- they had to get a special phonebook to even find our number (since their town had a different phonebook).

            That really irks me when people say stuff like "Well XYZ Company does it."

            Really? Well, isn't that nice of them! Go there, then. Just because you say those magic words does NOT mean we'll suddenly change it for you. We don't need your business THAT badly.
