so i work for a large firm that deals with account #'s all day. im a phone jockey so i get this call, not sucky, just stupid

client: in the field that says "acount number" what do i put there?

me: your account number sir

client: oh, really?

I got a stupid (not sucky) phone call this morning:

This woman calls, saying she messed up and missed her due date on some of items. She basically asked if there was a grace period - because she was fearing she lost them in pawn.

Her items were due on the first of the month...

Me: "Is that April 1st or May 1st?"
Cust: "May 1st ..."
Me: "Oh ... well ... today is April 30th and tomorrow is the 1st."
Cust: OH! OK! (although, she did sound relieved)
