All for the rights of non-smokers but also for the rights of owners....don't really care if you frequent an establishment that allows for smokers (my local pub) and then you complain. Don't care at all, don't show up and you and I and the owner who should have his/her choice on what to allow in his/her own place will be much happier. That is all.
Woops, edit to get back on track...yes I agree with the original post. An owner obviously made the decision to ban smoking so he was a dweeb for ignoring the sign. But he looked cool doing it because smokers are waaaay cooler than non-smokers.
