        Well, this article talks about how it is in Michigan.

        And this one mentions Oklahoma.

        And this guy got charged while in Massachusetts and it appears that a community in Florida is using that to make him move.

        Just using the terms "public urination" and "sex offender" will find you all sorts of links. Most of them are talking about how the whole thing needs to be re-thought.

        And none of those are recent, either.
