Ok, short one.... I had a guy call in, wanting to book a direct bill. I could not find his account so I called the hotel to verify the account. They said indeed they did have an account for him, but they had told him the last 5 times that he had called this late at night (it was just before 7pm local) that he had to call during normal business hours to set up direct bill with a manager... so of course I tell him this and he complains that every single time he calls in he gets told to call back to speak to a manager... uh, hello asshole, have you ever thought that maybe you could avoid this problem by just calling when you are supposed to and speak to who you are supposed to?!
