I Need to Get Back to My Register
Yesterday, a customer had a plant with no price so I went back to find one which meant getting past the customer in the next register line. I didn't see another plant like the one the customer had but there was a sign so we went with that.
When I tried to get past the customer in the next line he made a big deal about having to move again so I just let him do finish loading his groceries onto the belt. I had to wait until he moved up further enough for me to get back to my register. This meant that my customer had to wait for me. Luckily, she was pretty understanding and didn't make a big deal about it.
