Well, I asked one of the CSMs yesterday, and she said that we just take it anyway. Oh well. I'll point it out to the customers, but they can be the ones to suck it up and deal when they end up somewhere that won't take an unsigned card. Heaven help the customer who comes to the store with no ID and an unsigned card, though.

While I am not as strict about the signature as many of the posters here, I DO ask to see an ID whenever I see "SEE ID" on the back of a credit card. And without fail, when I do this, the people are shocked and amazed, but almost always in a good way. Apparently I am one of the only people who they have had do this.
